We offer " at cost " delivery on the goods purchased, either by post, Overnight Parcel service, or Palletline.
Post: Indicated for small, light items such as books, bamboo water spouts, bonsai tools, etc. We send goods by recorded delivery and charge a small fee for packaging.
Overnight parcel service: Used for goods that are too big or heavy to send by post. Ideal for bamboo poles, trellis panels, screen materials, etc.
A sliding scale of charges apply. Up to 20kg - £12.
Every additional kilo costs £0.30p.
Palletline service: ( Conditions apply for vehicle access ) Indicated for large, heavy goods that can be transported on a pallet. Up to 1000kg can be delivered on a single pallet, such as aggregate in bulk bags, rock, granite products.
Charges are based on postcodes. Please ask for a specific quote.
• £31 to BN, BR, CT, DA, ME, TN postcodes;
• £50 to London and most Home county postcodes;
• £6 surcharge for the following London postcodes
E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC
This image shows the size of vehicle that delivers pallets. Goods are off loaded on the rear tail-platform, and manouvered by pallet trolley to the nearest point within your property. The trolley will only run on hard, even surfaces.
